Custom Gambrels Fabricated To Meet Your Needs
These gambrels are a favorite for meat processors and hunters. The Hook Shop LLC will design and manufacture custom gambrels up to 60” wide. To ensure longevity and dependability, we weld stainless plate bracing into them. We’re so confident in our work that we offer a lifetime warranty on every gambrel we fabricate.
Super-Duty Gambrels
- We design our super-duty gambrels so that you can remove half of the carcass after splitting without the other half falling to the ground. Our super-duty gambrels are available in 1/2" stainless steel and from 12" up to 26" in width; shop now or call to ask about customizing your product.
Super-Duty Beef Gambrels
We manufacture our super-duty beef gambrels with 5/8" stainless steel with double-bar of steel at the base for strength. It includes our full wrap frame design, where we weld the top of the eye for even more weight capacity. This super duty gambrel is available from 30” to 36" wide.
