Founded in Esslingen, Germany in 1778, Friedr. Dick began as a small manufacturer of files and sharpening tools. By 1873, the company expanded into professional knives, quickly becoming a global standard in the meat processing industry.
Still family-owned today, F. Dick manufactures its knives in Deizisau, Germany, blending traditional craftsmanship with modern engineering. Their products are trusted by butchers, chefs, and processors in more than 100 countries.
